Referral agent terms
These terms apply to anyone who shares a Stillix referral code and earns commission on the orders placed with it. They are short on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask us before you share your code.

When commission is earned
- You earn commission on an order placed with your code once the customer has received it.
- The amount in the message you get when an order is booked is what that order earns. It is fixed when the order is booked and does not change if your rate changes later.
- Orders that are cancelled, refused at the door or returned earn nothing.
How we pay
- We pay once a week. Each payment covers the orders your customers received in one week, Monday to Sunday, and is made after that week ends.
- We pay only for that week. We do not pay order by order.
- We pay to the account we agree with you. Your agent area at stillix.store/agents shows what has been paid, what is due and what is still waiting for delivery.
Your code
- Your code gives your customers the discount we agreed with you, if any. Please do not promise a bigger discount or anything we have not agreed.
- We may change a rate or end a code at any time. Orders already booked keep what they earned.
Customer privacy
- For each order you see the customer's first name, their city and what they bought. You never see their phone number or address.
- Please do not ask customers for personal details they have not chosen to share with you.
