Shipping policy
We deliver all over Pakistan. This page explains what delivery costs, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong on the way.

Delivery charges
- Rs 290 for an order containing a Large board.
- Rs 230 for an order of Medium or Small boards only.
- Delivery is free on orders of 2 or more items.
- To keep free delivery on a cash-on-delivery order, you will be asked to pay a small confirmation amount when we call to confirm the order. It is deducted from what you pay the rider.
- Delivery is also free when you pay in advance by JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay or bank transfer.
How long it takes
- We call to confirm every order before we send it. Once confirmed, we hand the parcel to a courier and share the tracking number with you.
- Delivery time depends on the courier and your city. We do not control courier timelines, so we do not promise a fixed number of days. Your order page always shows the current status.
Tracking your order
- Every order has a private link, sent to you when you order. You can also look your order up with your order number and the phone number you used at checkout.
- Once dispatched, your order page shows the courier and the tracking number.
If a parcel does not arrive
- Contact us on WhatsApp at 0311 2422272 or email contact@stillix.store with your order number and we will chase the courier with you.
