These terms cover buying from this website. They are deliberately short and plain.

Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it, which for most orders means the confirmation phone call.
- We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot reach you to confirm. If you have already paid in advance for an order we decline, we refund it in full.
- Prices and delivery charges shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your order.
- One discount or referral code can be used per order.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: you pay the rider the exact amount shown on your order when it arrives.
- Advance payment: you transfer the exact amount by JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay or bank transfer and upload your payment proof, or send it to us on WhatsApp. We verify it before dispatch. Advance orders receive free delivery.
- Please send the exact amount shown. A different amount delays your order because we match payments by amount and reference.
Product information
- We describe our boards as accurately as we can, including dimensions, weight and steel gauge. Photographs are illustrative, and colour can vary slightly between screens.
Delivery and returns
- Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and replacements by our returns policy. Both form part of these terms.
Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
