Privacy policy

We collect the least we can, use it only to get your order to you, and never sell it. This page explains exactly what we hold and why.

What we collect

When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address, and optionally a second phone number, an email address and delivery notes.
When you pay in advance: the payment screenshot you upload here or send us on WhatsApp, and which service you paid with.
Automatically: basic anonymous usage statistics so we can see which pages people visit. These do not identify you and we do not use advertising cookies.

Why we hold it

To confirm your order by phone, deliver it, and answer questions about it afterwards.
To verify advance payments against our bank and wallet records.
To keep proper business records, including tax records.

Who can see it

Our own staff, to process your order.
The courier company delivering your parcel, which needs your name, address and phone number.
Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for business and tax purposes.
Payment screenshots are stored privately and are only visible to us, never publicly.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email contact@stillix.store or message 0311 2422272.
